Start With a Quick Review Before You Pay
Tell Wayne about your timeshare and whether you still owe a balance. He’ll review your situation, explain whether you qualify for his document preparation service, and confirm the price before you decide. If you pay before the review and Wayne finds that he cannot assist you, he will refund your full deposit with an explanation. Click here to start your quick review.
If you prefer, you can fill out this quick questionnaire and he will reply soon.

Special note:
Wayne does not accept every case. A quick review lets him assess your ownership and recommend an appropriate next step. His service is document preparation and consumer guidance; it is not legal representation. Click here to start your quick review.

Why Wayne Publishes His Pricing
During my 25 years in timeshare sales and timeshare cancellations, I saw how confusing the process could be for owners trying to compare their options.
One of the biggest frustrations was that many people couldn’t determine whether a quoted fee was reasonable because very few companies discussed pricing publicly.
That’s one of the reasons I choose to be transparent.
If your timeshare is paid in full and your ownership qualifies for my document preparation service, my fee is a flat $2,000.00, with 50% due before preparation begins and the remaining balance due when your documents are completed.
Before accepting any case, I suggest having me review your ownership documents to determine whether the service is appropriate. If I don’t believe my approach is the right fit, I’ll tell you honestly rather than accept a case that should be handled differently.
That approach reflects the way I’ve built my business: by helping owners understand their options first and recommending the solution that best matches their situation.
