How Payment Works

Payment Process
- A 50% deposit is required to open your case and begin work.
- We review your ownership documents and develop your exit strategy.
- Once your cancellation package and supporting documents are prepared, the remaining balance becomes due.
- Upon receipt of the final payment, all documents are delivered and implementation support begins.
Client Protection
If you decide not to proceed before any work has started, your deposit will be refunded in full. Once research, document preparation, or case work has begun, fees become non-refundable due to the professional services performed on your behalf.
