Wayne C. Robinson spent more than 15 years working inside the timeshare industry as a licensed sales professional, contracts specialist, sales manager, and marketing executive throughout the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. During that time, he gained firsthand knowledge of how timeshare contracts work, how resorts respond to owners, and why so many people feel trapped after buying.
After leaving the industry, Wayne created Break Free from Your Timeshare: Insider Secrets, an online course designed to teach owners how to prepare and submit their own cancellation documents. Over the years, hundreds of students enrolled, and many successfully used the course to cancel unwanted timeshares and vacation club memberships. Along the way, students asked questions, shared their experiences, reported what worked, described the responses they received from resorts, and explained the challenges they encountered.
