Why So Affordable?

Why I Charge So Much Less Than the Big Exit Companies

You’ve probably seen the price before you saw my name. And if you’re like most people who land on this page, your first thought wasn’t “great deal.” It was “what’s the catch?”

Fair question. You should ask it. Here’s the honest answer.

I’m Not Running a Company. It’s My Retirement.

I’m not a law firm nor an “exit company” with a call center, a sales team, and a marketing budget. Just one retired guy living in Malaysia, where my dollars stretch further than they would back home.

I don’t have an office to pay for nor employees on payroll. I don’t have investors expecting a return. My overhead is basically my laptop and my time.

The $7,000 to $10,000 that exit companies and some attorneys charge isn’t mostly going toward freeing your timeshare. A big chunk of it is going toward their overhead, their ad spend, and their profit margins. I don’t have those costs, so I don’t need to charge for them.

I Learned This the Hard Way, For You

Years ago, readers of my book, Everything About Timeshares, started asking me how to cancel their timeshares. I didn’t know, so I researched it myself and shared what I learned for free on Facebook. An attorney accused me of practicing law without a license for giving free advice, which forced me to build proper courses instead.

Since then, more than 250 people have taken those courses, with a 4.9-star average rating. Some came back and told me their timeshares were actually cancelled because of what they learned.

This isn’t a side hustle I started yesterday. It’s years of research, a published book on the subject, and hundreds of real students behind it.

What You’re Actually Paying For

When you hire me to prepare your cancellation paperwork, here’s exactly what happens:

  • I review your situation and contract
  • I prepare the correct documents for your specific case
  • I walk you through each step, so you always know what’s happening and why
  • You stay in control the whole time — nothing happens without you knowing it

You’re not paying for a fancy office or a sales pitch. You’re paying for someone who has actually done this research, written the book on it, and taught hundreds of students how to do it themselves.

How I Protect You From Risk

The Bottom Line

I charge less because I have less overhead, not because I’m doing less work. This business was built on being shocked that families were being charged $10,000 just to escape a contract they regretted. I don’t think that’s right, and I built an affordable alternative because I believed people deserved one.

If you have questions before you decide anything, ask me. That’s what I’m here for.
